TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDESIGN MARKETING SERVICES AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR (B) SGD 100.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@indesignms.com with the subject "Copyright Claim" including:

• URL of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You agree that any claim must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises, or be permanently barred.

• Headings: Section headings are for convenience only.
• No non-disparagement: Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to share honest reviews or opinions, consistent with the Consumer Review Fairness Act and applicable consumer protection laws.
