Your Privacy Choices
1. What "sale" and "sharing" mean
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), "sale" is defined broadly to include exchanges of personal information for money or for "other valuable consideration." "Sharing" specifically includes sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, our use of Google Ads and Meta Pixel to show you personalised advertising is considered "sharing" under CPRA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.
2. Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information.
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected about you (with some exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive PI for secondary purposes).
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you more, or provide lower quality for exercising these rights.
Visitors in other jurisdictions (Singapore PDPA, EU/UK GDPR, etc.) have equivalent rights. Use the same form to exercise them.
3. Global Privacy Control (automatic opt-out)
The fastest way to opt out of sale/sharing is to enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor this signal automatically, with no form required. GPC is natively supported by Firefox, Brave, and DuckDuckGo; available as an extension for Chrome, Edge, and Safari.
4. Submit your privacy request
Use this form to (a) opt out of sale/sharing of your personal information, (b) access, delete, or correct your data, or (c) unsubscribe from our emails. We respond within 30 days.
